Company formed 1899, in St.Petersburg, to acquire the former linen-factory (shown in the vignette) of the famous industrialist Baron Stiglitz, in Narva, Estonia (then still part of Russia). See previous lot... as this company as well became owned by the Peltzer family. The company also had, besides in Narva, also a factory in St Petersburg. One stamp indicates that this is a replacement share (for a share that got lost), while a second stamp (in red, in Estonian language) converts the face value from 250 roubles to 200 Estonian Krones. Transfer notes on the back dated 1930 and 1935 - to the Tobacco Securities Trust Co.
