Company formed in 1906 to acquire a copper mine, with smelter site, jetty and lake. It was a substantial producer of copper concentrate, which it despatched by a 14-mile railway, tothe port of BallaBalla. A smelter, to treat 200 tons of ore a day, started work in 1912. Company liquidated 1915.
