LONDRES. Action Privilégiée, unissued. blue. Central fold, a few brown spots and repaired tears at the top. A most unusual share: front and back have identical designs, but the text is in English on one side and in French on the other side. Very decorative and wide border showing seaships, trainsand tramways, batteries, etc. Founded 1882, liquidated 1906. Negotiated a deal with the General Omnibus Co. of Paris in order to replace horse traction by electricity, stored in accumulators produced by the company. The firm was also a very early automobile manufacturer (before 1900). First time we see scripophily from this company. An unique find.
