The multicolour border is a very ornate Balkan design, with vignettes of a Jugendstil queen with a cornucopia, and small vignettes of agricultural and industrial workers, with tools and products. Also mythical animals. Elegant text in Bulgarian. Bulgaria and neighbouring countries have given us many fine papers, but this must count among the finest.
