The first Dechamps had a 6hp 2-cylinder engine, with a 4-seater body, which could be replaced by a van. In 1901 a 20hp 4-cylinder car ran in the Paris-Berlin race, and in the following year no less than 4 Dechamps ran in the Paris-Vienna. As well as their 20hp, Dechamps were making a 7hp single and 9hp twin, all with front-mounted vertical engines and chain drive. From 1904 to 1906 two 4-cylinder cars with 15hp and 25hp engines were sold under the name Baudouin. Production ended in 1906.
