LIEGE. NESSONVAUX. 1. 6% Obligation Participante de F500. 2. Action Ordinaire. Both specimens. Manufactured as Automobiles Impéria, Liège, 1906-29 and as Automobiles Impéria-Excelsior, 1929-49, always at Nessonvaux. The Impéria range was of well-made, often technically advanced cars, typical of the Belgian industry. They were cheap and with a good sporting record. Taken over by Minerva in 1936 and the Minerva-Impéria, made until 1949, was the last survivor of the native Belgian car industry.
