Large format, with several border vignettes of the company'smines, coal-trains, etc. Probably one of the most attractive Belgian coal shares. Company formed 1839 to acquire concessions near Gosselies. Coal has been mined here since the late 17th century, when worked by the Abbaye de Lobbes which owned the land.
