The city is located in the East Bay Hills, as can be seen on the vignette. By the 1920s, the city was known as the 'City of Millionaires' because it had the most resident millionaires per square mile of any US city. The company operated a horse car line in the city and planned to convert it to a cable car, hence the company name. However, it was decided to electrify the tramway instead.
