It was active between 1810 and 1846 and manufactured for instance glass bottles for ink, medicine, perfume, water, etc. With few glassworks in the US in the early19th century, it competed mainly with English producers. In 1846, the company relocated to Saratoga Springs. One of its glasses is on display in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY.
