Developed a series of parasol-winged fighters and training aircraft from 1913 on. The principal production aircraft thru the 1920s & 30s included the MS.130, MS.230 & MS.315 trainers. A series of single-seat monoplane fighters introduced from 1935, including MS.406, built for the French Air Force until 1940. Various light aircraft appeared after the War. By mid-1960s was part of Sud-Aviation. Signed by Léon Morane.
