The holder was a lady living in the parish of St.Eustache, Paris, and aged between 40 and 50, so falling in the 3rd class for rente viagères. This was the very first issue of rentes viagères (as opposed to perpétuelles) made by the Paris City Hall. The type of certificate issued for payments of this type of rente was unknown until now. But we see a blindfolded god, holding a spinning-wheel and riding on a wheel. Very early date.
