BRUXELLES. Cert. d'Inscription Part Nom. de F2000 5%. orange, blue, red. #213. No 86. Around 1900, when there was no TV or telephone, the Brussels clubs had their time of glory. Gentlemen could find there an agreeable atmosphere - a mix of the English pub and the 'club', as in India. Some still exist, but lifestyle has changed. Traces of them are still visible in the architecture of Brussels, and some of their magnificent rooms are still used for receptions, marriages, etc. This shareholder/member was Baron Paul de Molembaix, and the certificate signed by Count de Baillet-Latour. The Cercle du Parc is still one of the leading society clubs in Brussels. Only 2 pieces were found twelve years ago.
