ALGER. Action de F5000. purple, green. #30100. No 6960. Decorative border with 2 different vignettes of farmland. The Mitidja is a plain of the Algerian hinterland, in the north of the country. Its length is about 100 km for a width of 5 to 20 km. It is a very fertile land with sufficient rainfall. Under French colonial occupation,, the vineyards occupied half of the plain and the wine was exported in large quantities to mainland France. Hence, the odds are that this was above all a wine company.
