Facsimile signature of August Borms, a leading Flemish nationalist who collaborated with the Germans in WWI and WWII. He was twice condemned to thedeath penalty (after each war). The first time his sentence was changed to life imprisonment. While in prison, he was elected member of the Belgian Parliament. After WWII, his death penalty was executed.
