Formed 1890, with this name, with 'Misgund' (=a town in the Eastern Cape Province) added. Took this name 1891, and 'Misgund' deleted from the share. Intended to work the farm Misgund, but this was quickly abandoned, and the company acquired 32 claims, being the concession of King Solomon's Gold Mines, at Witpoortje, also the Syndicate Germania. In 1911 the mine was exhausted. In 1912 joined with French Western Exploration & Reduction Co., to work claimsand a treatment plant at Goldfield, Nevada (USA). Liquidated 1936.
